Soupravy spínací jsou primárně určené ke spínání a jištění třífázových asynchronních elektromotorů s kotvou nakrátko s možností reverzace v soustavě s izolovanou nulou.

Spínací soupravy jsou vyráběny v různých provedeních, které se liší napětím, vybavením a zapojením silové části. Ovládací část může být změněna podle požadavků zákazníka.

Soupravy spínací májí typ ochrany proti výbuchu I M2(M1) Ex d ib [iа Ma] I Mb nebo I M2(M1) Ex d ib [ia] [op is] I M nebo jiné dle požadavku. Výrobek splňuje technické požadavky na zařízení určená pro prostředí s nebezpečím výbuchu podle Směrnice 2014/34/EU (NV 116/2016 Sb.). Výrobek dále splňuje technické požadavky norem dle aktuálních požadavků a předpisů státu kde se zařízení certifikuje.

Automatic Control System APD1

The Automatic Control System APD1 is a microprocessor control systém designed for central control of conveying in underground and open pit mines. The whole system is classified as being intrinsically safe equipment group I category M2/M1. This product complies with technical requirements for devices determined for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of mines according to Directive 2014/34/EU.

Main system functions:

program control, regulation and parameterization of conveyor lines or other machines
emergency stop (blocking) of machinery
speech communication along lines
signalling including transmission of warning signals before re‐starting
monitoring and visualization of the whole mucking process
data archiving
easy diagnostics of the whole system and localization of failure from control station on surface or in mine
access from intranet and internet

Industrial Computer IPC1

Monitoring center over connected units, which enables monitoring of measured quantities, error and status messages, as well as their archiving. It also allows the transfer of data to these units in the form of parameters, commands.

IPC1 mediates bidirectional data transfer between the superior surveillance system and the RMI units to the same extent. The mentioned functions, ie communication (MODBUS standard) with connected RMI units, display of received data in numerical and for measured currents also in graphical form, archiving of selected data and parameters is provided by the control program.

The IPC1 industrial computer can also be used with the appropriate control program to control other devices or technological processes.

The product meets the technical requirements for equipment intended for environments with a risk of explosion in accordance with Directive 2014/34 / EU (NV 116/2016 Coll.). The product also meets the technical requirements of standards according to current requirements and regulations of the country where the device is certified.

The Load Center is equipped with an industrial PC which serves for monitoring and parameterization of digital protections of the set, saving parameters of the protections, measuring values, operating and faulty conditions. All the information is possible to transmit by I.S. separators to a remote working place. The Industrial PC is equipped with I.S. keyboard, I.S. mouse and 12” screen. It is possible to add optical output and voice communication (VoIP) via Ethernet.
