We provide revitalization of AC generators. Especially slow-running generators. We do rewinds with magnetic circuit replacement. This is supported by the preparation of a computational design of the machine modernization and complete project documentation.
HYDROGENERATORS UP TO 20 MW AND 12 kV
- Disassembly and reassembly of the stator, rotor and generator bearings
- Also disconnection/connection to the turbine shaft coupling
- Replacement of stator and rotor magnetic circuit
- Rewinding of machine in insulation class F and higher
- Revitalization of rotor poles, collector rings, exciter, dampers, coolers, brakes and bearings
- Weld repairs of generator support structures
- Machine diagnostics (vibro and noise analysis, laser alignment, electrical tests)
- Performance of preventive and periodic inspections of machines according to the manufacturer's or operator's instructions
- Environmental disposal of unnecessary material
